I've been quite sick of these other modern translations/abominations, though I must confess that I was saved by reading an American Standard Bible handed out by the Gideons in my Grade 5 class.
I also salute your courage in standing up to other false teachings spewed out by men and so-called 'ministers' who preach a Gospel that I know was not heard of in times before. I know your congregation is not the only one that stands up for the truth but the green shoots of real-time honest religion and sound exegesis of the Bible is a rarity in our day and age, and so I rejoice whenever I hear of it.
My only significant difference with your body is that I don't subscribe to Darby's Dispensational understanding of Scripture and the so-called Pre-Trib Rapture, due to Revelations 20:5. That is not a faith issue for me, mind you, and were I residing closer (I reside in Alberta, Canada) I would happily join you in the worship of Our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. I will, though, if Our Lord permits, be a partaker with you in spirit and ask that He who control the universe guide you to a deeper and more perfect understanding of His Word and His will in these dark times that we live.
