He offered to come and see us for a home visit and spent time explaining all about the different resorts and the buying process. He was very honest and professional and always happy to answer any queries that we had about our first exciting venture into buying property in Turkey. On a recent trip to Turkey, we decided to purchase a new apartment in Akbuk (M Pyramids resort). This area is absolutely beautiful and we are really excited about our new purchase. Whilst out there, Ayhan and his team made us feel very welcome and couldn't do enough for us - definitely no pressure or hard sales pitch. The first positive impression was Graham's offer of a home visit, where we talked for nearly 2 hours one evening, giving me a better idea of what is involved and a good explanation of the buying process. I found Graham's comments on the different resorts to be particularly helpful.
I decided on a viewing trip to several resorts as I wanted to get a feel for the different local markets on my first trip to Turkey. I decided that off-plan was the best strategy for me at this stage as I am looking for capital gains. Overall I was very impressed by Turkey, especially the growth in certain areas. The people are warm and genuine and have a good standard of service to offer holiday makers and foreign investors. During the mini-tour Graham was very informative and honest regarding the various aspects of buying property in Turkey. He introduced me to local agents, and Ayhan of Aymet Homes in Altinkum was especially hospitable and straightforward to deal with. In the Fethiye area Kate and Gary were also very knowledgeable and helpful.
The best way to do things in Turkey is face to face I discovered. As nearly everything is different to the UK property market, if you are prepared to be open-minded and flexible you can achieve your goals if you do your homework and are careful. There is no pressure to buy and I was given the time to make up my own mind which I valued. Having decided to invest for the future I look forward to seeing the results and hopefully I can make more investments in the future.

They made arrangements for us to go to Turkey and view various sites we had shown an interest in purchasing. We were met at the airport and accommodation was arranged with both Graham and Ayhan of Aymet Homes.They were very helpful and infromative. No heavy pressure salemenship was ever used. After purchaseing an apartment Graham called at our home when he was in the area to see if we had any questions to discuss with him. What a great team to do business with. We arrived on the sunday and met Aymet on the Tuesday. I have to say that the whole trip was painless and much quicker than I thought it would be.

After numerous telephone conversations and e-mails, Graham came to our home and spent a couple of hours showing us various properties that could be available to us at the budget we had set. He also explained the criteria for foreigners purchasing property in Turkey which we were extremely grateful for.
We have found Graham to be a very professional person and not pushy in the slightest (pushy people being my pet hate)!
We have been able to make our dream become a reality. Our villa will be completed later this and we cannot wait.

When i first started to look for a villa in Turkey, Turkish holiday homes was the only company that was prompt in replying to my requests, they arranged accomadation for me in various places around Alanya while we viewed different villas.
We stayed in Turkey for 4 weeks and have now purchased a villa with pool in Mahmuttlar overlooking the sea and the harbour of Alanya, the villa will be finished in June (8 Months from first going out).
The company has been very profesional in everything.
Looking forward to many holidays there.
